After all the speeches, slurs, and scandal, the US Election is almost here.
It’s been a messy campaign for both parties, with leading candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump resorting to all sorts of sledging in order to secure votes.
But as much as they seemed to love squabbling on stage, they seemed to miss an opportunity when it came to entertaining the public off it.
Sure, they did interviews, appearances, and photo calls, but Snapchat people – where was the Snapchat?
For fear the Democrat and Republican front runners would miss their chance to create some hilarious pictures during their final push for the White House, the creative community at DesignCrowd thought it would help out.
And it seems rainbow puke, animal features, and flower crowns work just as well on Clinton and Trump as they do on the rest of us.
Scroll down to see the Presidential hopefuls through Snapchat lenses, crazy face effects, and Geofilters, or view all the entries to our contest here.

World politicians in Snapchat photos
Aside from the election excitement, politicians are not often seen to be the most engaging bunch.
Despite their best efforts on social media, few ever seem to be able to look natural or have as much fun with it as the rest of us.
Many use their social channels to push out their political views and key agenda items whilst maintaining a very proper appearance.
But what if more of them were to embrace the fun aspects of apps like Snapchat? Here’s the best of the rest from our community contest:
Kim Jong-un
Vladimir Putin
Barack Obama
Theresa May
