When can you claim your money back?
If you don’t like any of the designs you have received to your non-guaranteed contest, you can request a refund within 60 days of posting your project, and we’ll refund your project budget.
All we ask is you wait until the end of your contest period to request the refund so you can see all the designs. Many designers choose to manage their workload so as to submit their designs towards the project deadline. If you’ve committed or guaranteed your contest (or posted your contest before 20 May 2010) you will not be eligible for a money back refund. You also can’t request a refund if you’ve already selected a winning design.
